Marcus and Jeanea Johnson

Building and Repairing Churches

Marcus and Jeanea are serving as missionaries in the U.S. through a ministry called Mission America Placement Service (MAPS). MAPS coordinates workers to assist churches and ministry institutions with construction and evangelism projects. Marcus said, “We do that through RV Volunteers, Church Teams, and Missionary Associates. One of the great aspects of MAPS is that it serves the other ministries of U.S. Missions as well as local churches and in turn the rest of the world. I believe if we strengthen the church in America, we strengthen our reach to the world.”

Their mission is to serve pastors and churches by recruiting and coordinating volunteers for construction and evangelism projects. Many of their volunteers are in a group that travel and live in RVs while constructing or remodeling churches in their region.

• Pray for continued favor as we schedule services, mobilize volunteers, and complete projects in Georgia and beyond.

Casa Shalom Orphanage

Praise God for what He is doing at Casa Shalom Orphanage in Romania. You can visit them here to learn more about them: Casa Shalom Family.

Becky is a dear friend and woman of God. Through the years we have supported this orphanage every month and Relate Church also purchased a riding lawn mower(in picture) for them. Pastor John has been there on a couple of occasions to see the amazing work Becky and her team are doing. So many children have been rescued off the streets, out of abusive homes, protected from being sold into prostitution, and all of them grow up in a Godly home. God bless them and may He bless us to do more for His Kingdom!

Dean and Peggy Galyen

Rustenburg, South Africa

Dean and Peggy have been missionaries in Africa for over 30 years and are now officially in their retirement years in Springfield, Missouri. They continue to have far reaching influence throughout Africa with their churches and Bible training centers. Pray for them and their daughter in law, Deborah who is fighting cancer too. May God bless them for all they have done and continue to do to reach Africa today.

Galati, Romania

Emanuel Christian Church
Pastor Mihai Dumitrascu

Emanuel Christian Church is a thriving body of Christ in Romania. Pastor Mihai and the congregation are passionately reaching people for Christ. This house of worship is an absolute oasis in a desert. In the past few years they have also housed and fed thousands of refugees from Ukraine as they have fled for their lives. Many of those refugees found Christ! Relate Church has been a faithful support to this ministry for many years. What a blessing it is to see how we had a part in providing a place for thousands of people to be protected and saved in such a time of crisis!

Moldova and Leadership Strategies

Victor is the Bishop of the Pentecostal Union in Moldova. Pastor John has personally been there and seen the work being done there. Victor and his team are heavily involved in training new pastors to go out into the former Soviet states. God has given him great favor with the heads of state. The churches he oversees are significantly involved in evangelism nationwide.

Dale is the president of Leadership Strategies. He is a huge presence in many countries all over Europe and has been reaching the Muslim populations for many decades.

Through partnerships with ministries like Dale’s, they have reached thousands for Christ! Leadership Strategies provides humanitarian relief opportunities through the churches (clothes, food, wheelchairs, etc.), giving the local churches influence in the community as well as practically meeting the needs of those they are trying to reach.

Pictured also is one of their greatest assets in the Kingdom, Tamara Bucur. Tamara is a church planter and soul winning powerhouse. Relate Church faithfully supports these ministries that are making a huge impact in the former Soviet Union every month.
